Since a hole part 9 is provided piercing the body member 2, the detachable member 4 is configured such that it can be inserted through the hole part 9, and a loosening prevention part 20 preventing loosening from the hole part 9 is provided, attachment and detachment of the detachable member 4 can be easily carried out by insertion and withdrawing operation, and co-rotation of a pipe joint 33 can be prevented by inserting a tool such as a driver into the hole part 9 during fastening of a casing 35.
