PURPOSE: To remove bonded matter without damaging a matrix material by a method wherein upper and lower scraping rollers having ropes wound around the peripheral surfaces thereof are respectively driven so as to generate peripheral speed difference between both rollers and an object to be treated is moved while held under pressure between both scraping rollers.

CONSTITUTION: An object A to be treated are moved while held from above and below under pressure between bonded matter scraping rollers 20, 20A rotating at different peripheral speeds and having ropes 22 wound around the outer peripheral parts. As a result, the object A to be treated are moved in a state generating a slight slip in the contact parts with the respective scraping rollers 20, 20A and, for example, the sputter or slag bonded to the surface of the object A to be treated is scraped off by the rubbing with the ropes 22 wound around the rollers 20, 20A. By this method, the bonded matter on the surface of the object A to be treated can be peeled off the removed without damaging the surface of a matrix material.
