Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a cleaning sheet, cleaning material and cleaning device excellent in both of cleaning property and oil coating property.
CONSTITUTION: This cleaning sheet is a nonwoven fabric comprising short fiber layers containing a heat-resistant fiber of 1-30mm fiber length and long fiber layers containing a heat-resistant fiber of 30-110mm fiber length. The short fiber layer is formed at least on one surface of the nonwoven fabric. When the cleaning sheet contains an oil having 100-50000cSt viscosity at room temp. in an amt. of 5-100g/m2, excellent cleaning property and oil coating property can be obtd. This cleaning sheet is used for at least the surface of a roll- state body. The device has such a mechanism that the cleaning sheet of this cleaning material is released from a shaft so that the short fiber layer of the cleaning sheet is brought into contact with a fixing roll and then the sheet is wound up on another shaft.
