A clip for temporarily clamping intersections of reinforcing bars used in reinforced concrete, is slid in along a direction commonly perpendicular to both extension directions of a first reinforcing bar 10 and a second reinforcing bar 20 while the two reinforcing bars are directly contacting with each other at their intersection, having a first engaging part 110 (111, 112) fitting on the first reinforcing bar and a second engaging part 120 (121, 122) fitting on the second reinforcing bar.
