PURPOSE: To improve strength to the shearing force in a clip to diametrically expand the leg part tip side of a clip body by pressing in a shaft part of a pin.

CONSTITUTION: A width of slits 8 to divide a leg part 5 of a clip body 1 into plural parts is formed so that the base end side becomes wide (10) and the tip side becomes narrow (11), and ribs which correspond to these slits 8 and whose base end side is wide (20) and the tip side is narrow (21) are formed in a shaft part 14 of a pin 2. Force necessary to press in the shaft part 14 of the pin 2 can be reduced, and a handling characteristic is improved.
