PURPOSE: To provide the cloth-drying tool with which a lot of hangers can be easily locked by attaching bent pieces along the lengthwise direction to both the terminals of the lower surface of a semicircular pipe, bridging a lot of lock sticks between both the bent pieces, and fixing them with welding or the like.

CONSTITUTION: Bent pieces 2 are attached to both the terminals of the lower surface of a semicircular pipe 1, pierced holes 4 are formed at suitable positions on both the side surfaces of the semicircular pipe 1, a lot of lock sticks 3 are bridged between a pair of bent pieces, and those sticks are fixed by welding or the like. In this case, any objects formed into the shape of wire fence or diamong can be used as a lock means in place of lock sticks 3. When using this tool, hangers 7 are locked by being locked to the lock sticks 3 or being inserted to the pierced holes 4. Besides, not only the hangers but also washing pinches or jumbo pinches can be pinched through the lock sticks.
