To prevent dew condensation water from scattering by lowering the height of a heat pump device.
A clothes dryer includes: support parts 25 and 26 for supporting an evaporator 20 and a condenser 18 of a heat pump device 16 disposed at in a heat exchange chamber 23 of a circulation air path 15; a discharge port 30 for discharging dew condensation water which has condensed at the evaporator 20; and a groove part 31 for flowing dew condensation water to the discharge port 30. The groove part 31 is located at a bottom part of the heat exchange chamber 23 between the evaporator 20 and the condenser 18, and formed in a direction crossing a dry air flow passing through the evaporator 20 and the condenser 18. The dew condensation water which has condensed at the evaporator 20 and a part of the dry air passing through the heat exchange chamber 23 are discharged from the discharge port 30, by providing an inflow part 32 for flowing them into the groove 31 on one end part 31a side of the groove part 31, and providing an outflow part 33 for flowing out the dew condensation water which has flowed into the groove part 31 from the inflow part 32 on the other end part 31b side of the groove part 31.
