Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat pump type clothes dryer capable of determining a leakage of coolant with high accuracy by a simple method.SOLUTION: The clothes dryer comprises: a coolant temperature sensor at an inlet side of an evaporator as first temperature detection means for detecting a temperature of a coolant at the inlet side of the evaporator; a coolant temperature sensor at an outlet side of the evaporator as second temperature detection means for detecting a temperature of the coolant at the outlet side of the evaporator, and determining a leakage of the coolant in the heat pump (step S9) based on detection results of those temperature detection means (step S3).
