Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always accurately detect the volume, quality and dry condition of clothes with resistance detection means that is compact and easy to install and to set a delay time according to the volume.SOLUTION: When power is supplied to a machine body (S0), a non-contact power supply starts from a power supply part outside of a drum to a power-receiving part in a baffle (S1). When a drying operation starts after putting in clothes, a rotary drum starts to rotate and an initial clothes resistance is measured with a pair of electrodes on a baffle surface (S24). Whether or not a resistance value is equal to or greater than a threshold value is determined by control means and the value is counted to determine the volume and quality of clothes (S25). During a drying process, a clothes resistance is measured between electrodes and whether or not a maximum count number is equal to or less than a threshold value is determined for a certain period (S27). If a state in which the count number is 0 continues for 5 minutes, it is determined that drying is completed (S28). A delay time passed after drying is completed is set as a function of the volume and quality of the clothes determined (S29).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
