Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clothing maintenance device which can appropriately remove odor materials sticking to clothing.SOLUTION: A clothing maintenance device comprises a blower 11, a heater 12, an odor detection device 14, and a control device 16. The blower 11 generates air current to expose clothing 3 to the air. The heater 12 generates heat to expose the clothing 3 to hot air. The odor detection device 14 detects concentration of odor materials. The control device 16 controls the heater 12 based on the concentration detected by the odor detection device 14 before the blower 11 generates air and the concentration detected by the odor detection device 14 during generation of air current by the blower 11.
