This coat for a wheelchair user includes a front body 1, a back body, and a long sleeve 11, and also includes a cylindrical outer sleeve 14 which has a first engaging member of a fastener 21 on the periphery of an arbitrary position between an armhole 10 of the long sleeve 11 and an elbow, covers the outside of the long sleeve 11, and has on one end periphery, a pair of second engaging members freely attachable to and detachable from the first engaging member of the fastener 21. The sleeve is formed into a double sleeve structure of the long sleeve 11 of the inside and the outer sleeve 14 of the outside, and the long sleeve 11 remains even if the outer sleeve 14 is detached, by engaging the first engaging member with the second engaging members of the fastener 21, and attaching the outer sleeve 14 to the outside of the long sleeve 11.
