Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a coating device enabling to simply and freely change at least two kinds of base resins being highly viscous curable coating materials without changing a pump size.
CONSTITUTION: An oil pressure unit 6 is piped to two oil pressure control instruments via a manifold 13, and the respective oil pressure control instruments include oil pressure cylinders 16, 17 having both penetrated rods and the one rod works on valve changeover switches 18, 19 to work switching valves of the oil pressure control instruments 14, 15 and switch the flow passage and the other rod drives pistons of material pumps 4, 5. A coating material supply means is composed of the material pumps by which materials from respective material tanks 20, 21 are suck and ejected and these are supplied to a static mixer 8, and coating material flow rate sensing sensors 24, 25 are installed in a piping path, and speed of the oil pressure cylinders 16, 17 is adjusted by controlling the oil pressure control instrument by a control signal compared with the set value.
