Abstract:
To provide a coating apparatus capable of stabilizing the quality of an applied adhesive even when a distance between a nozzle and a permanent magnet becomes small.SOLUTION: A coating apparatus 201 includes a nozzle 213 having a discharge port 213a for discharging an adhesive 4, and a three-axis orthogonal robot 212 that moves the nozzle 213 in a traveling direction of the nozzle which is the direction along a surface 11 of a permanent magnet 1. The nozzle 213 is configured such that a second portion 215 on the nozzle traveling direction side protrudes toward the permanent magnet 1 side to which the adhesive 4 is applied as compared with a first portion 214 on the side opposite to the nozzle traveling direction on the tip of the nozzle 213, and the adhesive 4 is applied by discharging the adhesive 4 from the discharge port 213a of the nozzle 213 in a state where the second portion 215 is separated from the permanent magnet 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
