A power supply control circuit 620 includes a control system power supply generation unit 621, a power system power supply generation unit 622, and an emergency stop switch means. The control system power supply generation unit 621 generates a control system power supply for actuating control system circuits of a sensor unit, a control device and motor drivers 322, 322. The power system power supply generation unit 622 generates the power system power supply supplied to the motor drivers 322, 322 and used for generating the driving power of motors 321, 321. The emergency stop switch means 623 is actuated during the emergency stop, and blocks only a power system power supply line 625 connecting the motor drivers 322, 322 to the power system power supply generation unit 622.
