To provide a cord with a plug cap capable of preventing a conductor from being disconnected in a connection part with a plug blade by forcedly pulling a cord and preventing moisture from entering the inside of a power supply plug along the cord.

A cord with a plug cap 1 is composed of: a cord 10 formed of a conductor 11 and an outside outer side skin 13 for covering the conductor 11; and a power supply plug 20 including a plug blade 30 connected with the conductor 11 at a tip 15e of the cord 10, and a plug covering member 50 made of synthetic resin covering from a connection part 32 of the plug blade 30 to the outside outer skin 13 of the tip part 15 of the cord 10. The cord with a plug cap 1a is provided in a close contact by surrounding the tip part 15 of the cord 10 with a coupling member 60 formed of a hot welding material hot-welded to the plug covering member 50 on at least a boundary surface between the coupling member and the plug covering member 50 and is provided in a state combined with the plug covering member 50 by hot-welding.
