To provide a combine harvester, which can improve threshing performance at a low cost, while fuel consumption is restrained and noise is reduced.
The combine harvester includes: a traveling device 1 for traveling a vehicle body; cutting and handling device 3 for cutting crops with traveling of the vehicle body and carrying the same to the rear part; and a thresher for threshing the cut crops. The thresher includes: a threshing cylinder 20 for threshing the crops; and a separating part 17 for separating the threshed material threshed by the threshing cylinder 20 into grains and dust, and further the thresher includes: an electric motor M2 for threshing, which drives the threshing cylinder 20; an electric motor M3 for the separating part, which drives the separating part 17; a power supply means for supplying power to the respective electric motors M2, M3; and a control means H for controlling the operating states of the respective electric motors M2, M3 and the operating state of the power supply means.
