This clamp comprises an anchor part locked to a fitting hole of a vehicle body and the like, an anchor mounting part locking the anchor part separate from the anchor part, and a wire harness mounting part separate from the anchor part and the anchor mounting part. Indentations and projections having a shape capable of being fitted and locked with each other are provided on a side wall of the wire harness mounting part, and indentations fitted and locked with projections of the wire harness mounting part are provided on a side wall of the anchor mounting part. An anchor inserting hole, in which a bottom part of the anchor part is inserted, and an anchor mounting hole for locking the anchor part are provided on a surface of the anchor mounting part, and an element locked with an opposite fitting hole is provided on a top part of the anchor part. An insertion and lock part having structure to be inserted in the anchor inserting hole of the anchor mounting part and locking the anchor part with the anchor mounting hole is provided at a bottom part of the anchor part.
