Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make it possible to improve a combustion state of an incinerator and reduce the generation of dusting and deterioration of fuel economy.
CONSTITUTION: A disk-shaped agitating incinerator 1 is provided with a plurality of arms 15 installed to a rotary shaft 4 and a agitating rod 17 mounted so that it may face a hearth 3 from tha arms 15. The agitating rod 17 provides air outlets 16 of combustion air. The air outlets 16 are designed to change the amount of combustion air to be fed in conformity with a respective combustion zone corresponding to a combustion process proceeding at the center of a furnace 2a. The air outlets 16 are also designed to feed a maximum amount of combustion air at a main combustion zone Z1 out of the combustion zones corresponding to the combustion process. Furthermore, the air outlets 16 installed to the agitating rod 17 are designed to vary their hole area ratios, thereby changing the amount of combustion air to be fed in conformity with their respective combustion zones corresponding to the combustion process proceeding toward the center of the furnace 2a.
