Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a commodity sale data registration processing device and a commodity sale data registration processing program for prompting a user to use points without deterioration in motivation of the user for a visit to a store.SOLUTION: The commodity sale data registration processing device comprises: an operator side input/output device for inputting/outputting information; a commodity master for storing a unit price for a commodity code uniquely allocated to a commodity; a transaction file for storing the content of one transaction; a card reader for reading a customer ID uniquely allocated to a customer from a customer card; and a control unit for, when it is determined that remaining points of a customer received from a server exceeds a threshold value on the basis of the customer ID read from the customer card by the card reader, displaying a POPUP showing the fact that the remaining points exceeds the threshold value on the operator side input/output device.
