The communication apparatus 101 is equipped with a plurality of electric conductor sites 103 and a plurality of the communication elements 105. The plurality of electric conductor sites 103 is arranged at a nearly flat surface and is good electric conductor. Each of the plurality of communication elements 105 is connected to any two of the plurality of the electric conductor sites 103 and changes potentials of the two electric conductor sites 103 to thereby communicate with the other communication elements 105 connected to the two electric conductor sites 103.
