To provide a sheet-like communication apparatus capable of easily charging the power supply of a communication device.
The second conductor section 102 of a communication apparatus 100 is disposed approximately in parallel with a first conductor section 101, capacitive coupling of the electrode 201 of a communication device 105 is carried out to the first conductor section 101, and capacitive coupling of an electrode 202 to the second conductor section 102 is carried out. The communication device 105 rectifies and charges a voltage change between the electrode 201 and the electrode 202 which is generated linked with a voltage change between the first conductor section 101 and the second conductor section 102 and uses it a power supply, and the communication device 105 communicates with another communication apparatus by the voltage change between the first conductor section 101 and the second conductor section 102 or by electromagnetic waves propagated therebetween.
