Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable even a third person to share communication between an operator and a called partner in a communication system using tele-existence in real time.SOLUTION: A communication system 1 includes: an operation terminal 3; a robot type terminal 2 to be remotely operated by the operation terminal 3; and a call management device 4 for relaying call data to be transferred between the operation terminal 3 and the robot type terminal 2, and for performing streaming distribution of data for hearing indicating call content between an operator 6a and a called partner 6b to a terminal 5 for hearing in a real time. Also, the call management device 4 is configured to, when a comment input to the terminal 5 for hearing is transmitted, distribute the comment to all the terminals 5 for hearing and the operation terminal 3, and to cause all the terminals 5 for hearing and the operation terminal 3 to display the comment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
