Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal capable of letting a user recognize character input into another terminal.SOLUTION: A communication terminal includes: a character coordinate group acquisition unit that acquires a character coordinate group where character input is detected if the handwriting character input is detected in a prescribed writing region; an own terminal character display unit that displays a handwritten character on a display screen on the basis of the character coordinate group; a data transmitting/receiving unit that transmits the character coordinate group acquired by its own terminal and corresponding character input ending time to another terminal, and receives a character coordinate group acquired by the other terminal and corresponding character input ending time from the other terminal; an alert presentation unit that presents an alert on the display screen on the basis of the character coordinate group received from the other terminal, and clears the alert on the basis of the character input ending time received from the other terminal; a character input ending time detecting unit that detects the character input ending time on the basis of the length of an interruption time of handwriting character input; and an other terminal character display unit that displays a handwritten character on the display screen on the basis of the character input ending time corresponding to the character coordinate group received from the other terminal.
