PURPOSE: To allow the terminal equipment user to simply and surely confirm the result of own information transmission at a proper time.

CONSTITUTION: Upon the receipt of a user ID and a FAX number, a line to a destination of the relevant FAX number is connected and information is sent through the line and a transmission management table stores the information showing the result of transmission together with the user ID and the FAX number. When an output job of user dependent transmission recording is selected and the user ID is inputted succeedingly, the information representing the information transmission result corresponding to the inputted user ID and the destination FAX number are extracted among each information stored and managed by the transmission management table and outputted out as a report.
