Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the operation rate by reducing burden on jam canceling processing by an operator by automatically canceling a jam occurring on a carrier path when old or new tickets are handled.
CONSTITUTION: When the jam occurs on a main carrier path 47, a sub carrier path 52 or the carrier paths 39, 40, 44 and 57 in a ticket paper housing part 33 and an issuance processing part 32, the carry abnormality is detected by an optical sensor provided in each carrier path. At this time, the rotation of a stepping motor for carry driving is detected, and the stepping motor for carry driving is stopped when each motor is driven. then, jam processing is performed by the operator. Also, when the jam of ticket paper S occurs on the carrier paths 39, 40 and 44 in the ticket paper-housing part 33, high torque is generated by driving the stepping motor for carry driving at a slow speed, then, the ticket paper S is carried. Moreover, the ticket paper S is introduced to a confluence part 48, and it is collected in the wastebasket of a carrier destination at one terminal of the carrier path 59 by the sub carrier path 52.
