An open tube 3 to supply powder is arranged to a wall face rear to an advancing direction of a feeder 1, a regulator valve for a powder supply quantity is arranged, a powder 9 is supplied to a space 10 by advancing/ retreating of every press operation. The powder 9 in the feeder 1, which is supplied to the space 10 and decreased, is replenished at a fixed quantity by opening the regulating valve, when retreating the feeder 1, a powder stock quantity in the feeder is kept a fixed. By this method, Powder clogging and bridge phenomenon in the feeder 1 due to excessive supply from the open tube 3 are prevented, the powder 9 supplied from a rear side of the feeder 1 is supplied without stagnation, a particle of the powder 9 is prevented from breakdown due to sliding.
