Abstract:
To provide a method of deriving a compensator that reduces a positional error in positioning of a moving mechanism.SOLUTION: A compensator deriver 10 comprises a data acquiring section 11 that acquires frequency characteristic data of a machine entailing vibration, a mechanical transfer-function deriving section 12 that derives a mechanical transfer function that is a transfer function approximate to the frequency characteristic data, and a compensator deriving section 13 that derives a compensator for compensating for a positioning error due to vibration of the machine using the mechanical transfer-function.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
