To provide a composite body which is lightweight and has high rigidity.SOLUTION: A composite body 1 of a carbon fiber-reinforced thermoplastic plastic and a coated material having a carbon fiber-reinforced thermoplastic plastic 3 and a coated material 2 covers the surface of the coated material with an organic resin layer 5. A hot-melt film 6 is fused to a resin layer of the carbon fiber-reinforced thermoplastic plastic and an organic resin layer of the coated base material surface, and the organic resin layer covering the surface of the coated material contains acid-modified polypropylene and a polycarbonate unit-containing polyurethane resin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
