To provide a composite spunlace nonwoven fabric provided with better firmness, resilience and stiffness while keeping good texture and bulkiness of a nonwoven fabric surface of a spunlace nonwoven fabric.

A composite nonwoven sheet has two surface layers each provided with a short fiber web, and a net-like nonwoven sheet is provided between the short fiber web layers. The net-like nonwoven sheet is formed by a number of accumulated monofilament yarns, which has a fiber cross section being a sea-island composite cross sectional in which a plurality of island component made from a high-melting point polymer within a sea component made from a low-melting point polymer. In the composite nonwoven sheet, a short fiber forming the staple fiber web of each surface layer winds around each other and are unified, and the short fiber forming each surface layer winds around each other through the net-like nonwoven sheet, resulting in unification of the staple fiber web and the net-like nonwoven sheet, and a part of the short fiber is buried in the melted low-melting point polymer in the monofilament yarn forming the net-like nonwoven sheet.
