Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve performance by suppressing misalignment between a ferrite disc and a circuit pattern due to the variations of the contraction coefficient of a ferrite/ceramic composite substrate due to the variations of materials or burning conditions or the like in fabricating the ferrite/ceramic composite substrate by burning, and preventing the non-uniformity of the film thickness or the film peeling of the circuit pattern.
SOLUTION: This circuit element is provided with a composite substrate 102 constituted by embedding a ferrite disc 18 in a first through-hole 17 of a ceramic board 16, and a first ceramic layer 11 laminated on one face of the composite substrate 102 with a circuit pattern 103 having a part adjacent to the ferrite disc 18 interposed, and a second ceramic layer 19 laminated on the other face of the composite substrate 102 on whose surface opposite to the composite substrate 102 a ground conductor layer 20 is formed.
