This composition for cosmetic treatment is obtained by including an aqueous disperse substance comprising at least one kind of polyurethane particles and a kaolin. The above aqueous disperse substance comprising polyurethane particles contains a solid content in a proportion of 5-25 wt.% based on the whole weight of the composition. It is favorable that the kaolin is contained in an amount of 1-25 wt.% base on the whole weight of the composition and the polyurethane is selected from anionic, cationic, nonionic or amphoteric polyurethanes, polyurethane-acryls, polyurethane-polyvinyl pyrrolidones, polyester-polyurethanes, polyether-polyurethanes and their mixtures.
