To provide a composition for inhibiting differentiation that inhibits differentiation of osteoclast precursor cells to osteoclasts and comprises D-allose as an active ingredient.
The composition for inhibiting differentiation to osteoclast inhibits differentiation of osteoclast precursor cells to osteoclasts by promoting expression of thioredoxin-interacting protein (TXNIP) or inhibiting expression of thioredoxin and contains D-allose as an active ingredient.
