Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound excellent in uniformity of performance, light absorption properties, and operation stability, a method of producing the same, and a method of using the same.SOLUTION: The compound is provided which includes a cation and an anion, and in which 10 mol% or more and 49 mol% or less of the cation is a 14 group element, 51 mol% or more and 90 mol% or less of the cation is a counter cation, and in which 91 mol% or more and 100 mol% or less of the counter cation is a single kind organic molecule cation having a carbon number of 1 or more and 2 or less, and a nitrogen number of 2 or more and 4 or less, and in which 30 mol% or more and 100 mol% or less of the anion is a 17 group element anion. The maximum interplanar spacing in a crystal structure of the compound is 8 Å or more and 30 Å or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None
