Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide equipment for manufacturing a concrete pipe which prevents formation of a step between the pipe end parts when a plurality of the concrete pipes are connected together.
SOLUTION: End plate parts 15 and 16 forming one end face and the other of the pipe main body of the concrete pipe are provided radially inside a form main body 11 which forms centrifugally the pipe main body. On the individual end plate parts 15 and 16, pipe thickness controlling fixtures 31 and 32 having tapering faces 35 and 37 of which the diameters are lessened gradually are projected in the opposite directions to each other from concentric circles at the same space from the form main body 11. The pipe main body of the concrete pipe 1 is formed centrifugally by the form main body 11, while the inner tapering parts of the opposite end parts of the concrete pipe 1 are formed by the end plate parts 15 and 16 and the pipe thickness controlling fixtures 31 and 32. Since the respective pipe thickness of the pipe end parts positioned on the outermost sides of the inner tapering parts is formed to be equal by the fixtures 31 and 32, no step is brought about between the pipe end parts when the concrete pipes are connected together.
