Abstract:

To provide: a conductive member which has high resistance against scratches and wear, excellent conductivity, excellent transparency, excellent heat resistance, excellent wet heat resistance and excellent bendability; a method for producing the conductive member; and a touch panel and a solar cell which use the conductive member.

A conductive member comprises, on a substrate, a conductive layer that contains metal nanowires having an average minor axis length of 150 nm or less and a matrix, and a protective layer that is configured so as to contain a three-dimensional crosslinking structure, sequentially in this order. The conductive member has a surface resistivity as measured from above the protective layer of 1,000 Ω/sq. or less. The three-dimensional crosslinking structure is represented by the general formula (I): -M1-O-M1-, where M1 represents an element selected from a group consisting of Si, Ti, Zr and Al.
