Abstract:
PURPOSE:To facilitate the transmission of ultrasonic vibration to welded material with less vibrating tip pressure and less energy loss, by flatly preprocessing upper and lower outlets of an armature coil accummulated one upon another. CONSTITUTION:The outlet of armature coil with circular cross section, which is inserted and wound in the slot of armature iron core 2, is pressed to form an upper flat outlet 31a and a lower flat outlet 31b. Width t of the flat outlet 31a (upper) and 31b (lower) is made almost similar to that of each commutator bar 7. Length of the flat outlet 31a and 31b being attached to a commutator bar is limited to necessary minimum. In addition, the upper and lower flat surfaces of flat outlets 31a and 31b are pressed into arcs so as to contact the arc surface of each commutator 7 with its surface. Thus friction heat is created sufficiently between the welded materials and tension strength of each connection can be improved remarkably.
