A connection device comprises: a first connection unit having a housing in which inner space is formed; and a second connection unit having a second housing and a connection body protruding from the second housing, and connected to the first connection unit. The inner space includes a first arrangement part and a second arrangement part. The first connection unit is provided with a first coaxial cable arranged in the first arrangement part and a second coaxial cable arranged in the second arrangement part. The connection body is provided with a first connection ring connected to the first coaxial cable and a second connection ring disposed in the second arrangement part and connected to the second coaxial cable. The second connection unit is provided with a third coaxial cable connected to the first connection ring and a fourth coaxial cable connected to the second connection ring. At least either of the first connection unit or the second connection unit is rotatable against the other in the axial direction of the first connection ring and the second connection ring.
