Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and securely connect compressive members and laterally laid members and make it convenient to assemble a basic unit and execute a frame structure.
SOLUTION: This connection tool is connected to the ends of compressive members in order to connect laterally laid members 16 and compressive members 15, in a frame structure in which a plurality of self-supporting basic units composed of three or more compressive members arranged to cross with each other and laterally laid members 16 (16b, 16c) stretched between the ends of the compressive members, are connected and formed. In this case, the connection tool is constituted of a cylindrical connection tool body 1 that a plurality of notches 4 in which the laid members 16 can be fitted are formed at the peripheral edge of one end thereof and an arm which can connect the compressive members at the side face, is projected, and a cover body 7 detachably fitted to one end of the connection tool body 1 to prevent separation of the laterally laid members 16 fitted in the notches 4. And further, fitting parts 3, 6 to which one end of the laterally laid members can be attached are provided respectively at the side face of the peripheral face of the arm 2 and the connection tool body 1, and the central axes (r) of the notches, the central axis (p) of the arm 2, and the central axes (q) of respective fitting parts 3, 6 are set to cross with each other at the point (o) on the axial center (t) of the connection tool body 1.
