Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance connecting strength and stability in the connecting part of a connector terminal with a flat cable without complicating a working process in ultrasonic welding.
SOLUTION: A plurality of connector terminals 1 have spaces 7 adjacent in the width direction of each connector terminal 1, are insert-molded to a first holder, each conductor 2a of flat cables 2 has the opening width d1 wider than the width of the connector terminal 1 and the depth d2 capable of housing a bus bar 4 and the conductor 2a, and is pressed against a pressing recess 9 by using an ultrasonic wave generating jig 6 through the bus bar 4, supersonic welded, and a circuit of each connector terminal 1 is isolated by inserting the insulating wall of a protecting case to be assembled to the first holder 1 after ultrasonic welding into between the circuits.
