PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably and securely transmit photographed signals to a remote operation side by installing an antenna at the optimum position on a construction machine when construction work is done on the ground which is apart from a remote operation place by 200 to 300 meters, has a difference of elevation of about 15°, and on which the construction machine is inclined by about 30 degrees.
SOLUTION: In a construction machine which is provided with at least a front mechanism 6 and an operator's room 5 provided in an upper turning body 4, a photographing means 11 photographing work situations, and a mm wave radio transmitter and receiver 12 on machine side which transmits the photographed signals and is remote-operated based on the photographed signals received by a mm wave radio machine 21 on operation side which is provided at a remote place, an antenna of the mm wave radio transmitter and receiver is non-directional in the horizontal direction, has transmission and reception characteristics having a beam width exceeding a predetermined angle in the vertical direction, and is installed in an upper rear part of the operator's room, and a parabola antenna is used as the antenna of the mm radio machine on operation side.
