Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem with a construction machine performing braking/driving by an HST motor and a travel electric motor, wherein, when performing rapid acceleration from a stop state, an output transmitted from an energy storage device to an engine shaft via an electric power generation electric motor for assisting an engine is absorbed as power to an HST pump, and the acceleration of the engine is delayed, and drive efficiency is decreased since the output from the energy storage device is utilized as the travel power after the intermediary of the electric power generator, the HST pump or the like.SOLUTION: This construction machine includes a control means for calculating an electric motor travel torque command to be output for driving a travel electric motor and an HST travel torque command to be output for driving an HST motor on the basis of an assist request output to be output when an electric power generation electric motor for assisting an engine performs an electric motor operation and motor rotation speeds of the HST motor and/or the travel electric motor.
