To provide the consulting job aid system where a time of consultants required for telephone reply jobs is reduced.
A terminal 23 retrieves desired relating item information from a question answer information database 21 based on question item information entered by a user 11. A consultant 17 edits information that is judged to be equivalent to or related to reply contents and selected among related item information obtained as a result of retrieval into a sentence suitable for reading aloud and converts the sentence into voice data. The voice data relating to replay contents 24 are sent to a telephone set 13 and a server 29 together with a consulting number that is to identify the consult for the user 11. Voice data relating to information 26 relating to the reply contents are sent only to the server 29. The server 29 receives the reply contents 24 and the information 26 relating to the reply contents and the consulting number and stores them to a voice file 31. Upon the receipt of voice information with the consulting number from the telephone set 13, the server 29 sends the reply contents 24 corresponding to the consulting number and the information 26 relating to the reply contents to the telephone set 13.
