Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contact member fitting structure capable of easily fitting a contact member to a substrate while securing a conduction of the contact member and a conductive pattern, and a slip ring employing the contact member fitting structure.SOLUTION: A contact member fitting structure ST01 comprises: a substrate 11 including a conductive pattern CP; a contact member 15 that is formed from a metal plate; and a resin member 19 including a first protrusion 19j. The contact member fitting structure is characterized in that the contact member 15 includes: a tabular part B15 that becomes a base; a first fitting hole that is formed in the tabular part B15; a contact part S15 extending from the tabular part B15; and an elastic arm W15 extending from the tabular part B15, a first through-hole is provided in the substrate 11, the first protrusion 19j is caulked on the tabular part B15 while being inserted through the first through-hole on the substrate 11 and the first fitting hole in the contact member 15, and the elastic arm W15 is abutted to the conductive pattern CP. The contact member fitting structure ST01 is used to form the slip ring.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
