To rapidly, accurately, easily, and neatly fit a container bag to an outer container, by attaching a forming means for the bag opening to widen it to the shape of the opening of the outer container, to the flaxible synthetic resin container bag provided with an upper opening and contained in the outer container.
This container 1 is constituted of an outer container 2, an inner cylinder 3, a container bag 4, a fixing ring 5, and a handle. The container bag 4 is made of polyethylene for instance and formed a little bigger than the inner diameter of the inner cylinder 3. And the container bag is provided with a container bag body 11 having the same shape with the containing shape of the inner cylinder 3 when it is unfolded and extended on the upper part thereof. And also it is provided with a cover 12 coating and wrapping the forming means 9 for the bag opening of the inner cylinder 3. The containing bag 4 is formed by laterally welding the lower part in the state the oppositely facing two side walls are folded in from the center. After the cover 12 has been folded back to the forming means 9 for the bag opening and fitted in, the fixing ring 5 is fitted to the forming means 9 for the bag opening to fix and hold the containing bag 4.
