Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous high-speed treating pickle injector capable of continuously injecting a liquid material such as a pickling liquid or a seasoning into a lump of meat such as pork, beef or livestock meat and uniformly dispersing the liquid material and improved in productivity.
SOLUTION: This continuous high-speed treating pickle injector is capable of injecting a liquid material such as a pickling liquid into each continuously conveyed lump 8 of meat while gradually increasing the pressure of the liquid material from zero or a low pressure, is equipped with plural jetting parts 10 capable of repeating the injecting operations from the start of the injection of the liquid material to the completion thereof and injecting the liquid material while moving at a moving speed synchronized with the conveying speed of the continuously conveyed lump 8 of meat during the injecting operations and is capable of controlling the timing of the injecting operations of the respective jetting parts 10.
