Central main recess 108 formed with unfilled sections 104, 106 are provided on a continuous plastic strip having segments 92 each containing a pin storage hole 94, a spacer 96, and side section notches 98, 100. The central main recess 108 is provided with nearly cylindrical holes 109, 110 connected by an upper intermediate recess and a lower intermediate recess separated by a bridge 119. The cylindrical hole 109 is provided with an upper recess 114 and a lower recess 115 for connection separated by a tongue piece section 116. The cylindrical hole 110 is provided with an upper recess 117 and a lower recess 118 for connection separated by a bridge 113.
