Abstract:
To optimize performance by providing continuously variable drive ratio between an engine and an supercharger and providing substantially constant drive speed to the supercharger by a drive assembly for the supercharger for the internal combustion engine.
The continuously variable transmission device 40 gradually functions to permit idle turning of the supercharger. The drive assembly is provided with a planetary gear drive assembly and a continuously variable static pressure transmission including a parent and a child pump connected in such a manner of variable rotation, and a motor. The motor adjusts ratio of the planetary gear assembly, and drive ratio between the engine and the supercharger by adjusting drive ratio thereof.
