Abstract:
To provide a control arrangement of revolving shaft for shortening the time required for decelerating the revolving shaft to a prescribed speed at a prescribed position.SOLUTION: A control arrangement of revolving shaft includes a total travel command creation part for creating a residual travel S2 from the total travel S1 to a prescribed position when a positioning request is issued, a storage section for storing the data of brake distance for each revolution speed of the revolving shaft, based on the maximum torque characteristics for the revolution speed of a motor, and providing current brake distance S3 corresponding to the current revolution speed of the revolving shaft, with reference to the data of brake distance, and a deceleration command creation part for creating the speed command V2 of the revolving shaft on the basis of the residual travel S2 and the current brake distance S3. The deceleration command creation part maintains the current revolution speed of the revolving shaft when the difference S4 of the residual travel S2 and the current brake distance S3 is not less than a specified value, and starts deceleration of the revolving shaft when the difference S4 goes below the specified value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
