PURPOSE: To immediately turn off a motor and to announce an abnormal condition to a user with a buzzer or an indicator when a drum cover does not arrive at a prescribed position in a constant time by providing an operation control part to define a rotating position detecting means, which detects the rotating position of a drum, as an input.
CONSTITUTION: When a drum 6 is rotated, each time a drum cover 7 passes a prescribed position, a prescribed position detecting signal is inputted to an operation control part 3 by a closing switch 8, a magnet 9 and a rotating position detecting means 4. Here, when the stop of the drum 6 is set, the operation control part 3 executes the control of the drum 6 through a belt 10. When the prescribed position detecting signal is turned on, the operation control part 3 operates a timer part 12 and executes the intermittent operation of a motor 11. Normally, the drum cover 7 arrives at the prescribed position again during the intermittent operation and the prescribed position detecting signal is turned on. Then, the motor 11 is turned off and the drum cover 7 stops at the prescribed position. However, when the prescribed position detecting signal is not generated again even after 15 seconds passes from the time of the first generation of the prescribed position detecting signal, the motor 11 is turned off and the abnormal announcement is executed by an announcing means 13 such as the buzzer or indicator.
