Abstract:
To improve the vibration damping property at the time of positioning even when the measurement position is obtainable only a part of a movable range of an object to be controlled.SOLUTION: A control unit of a control device executes model prediction control according to a first mode in which a measured value is used as a control amount in a current control cycle when the position of a control target is within a predetermined range, and executes model prediction control according to a second mode in which an output value of the dynamic characteristic model is used as the control amount in the current control cycle when the position of the control target is outside the predetermined range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
